Chad Fite
General Superintendent
Chad Fite is the general superintendent for Hobby Electric, where he oversees all job superintendents and ensures that the company's standards are met. With 35 years of commercial and industrial experience as a master electrician and having owned Fite Electric from 2001-2010, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. However, Chad's passion lies not only in the electric industry but also in making a difference in the lives of Hobby Electric's employees. He challenges them to become better people and electricians, seeing the electrical industry as a gateway to achieving that goal.

Project Manager
As the Project manager, I'm responsible for creating a strategic roadmap that guides our company's growth and success. I also work hard to remove obstacles that might prevent our team from achieving their goals. But most importantly, I'm dedicated to establishing a culture of support and collaboration at Hobby Electric. I believe that all teammates should have access to the resources they need to succeed, whether it's technical support, training opportunities, or simply a friendly ear to listen.
